Thank you for shopping with David Protein. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day of purchase. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
